All purchases within this price bracket inside the UK mainland will be shipped on a 72 hour service via My Hermes Free of charge. £60 & over purchases:
All purchases over £60 will be shipped via DHL anywhere within the mainland UK on next working day fully tracked service. Please be aware that this is a next working day service which does not include the weekends, orders need to be placed before 2pm or your package will not be shipped until the next working day. Next day mainland UK delivery option: We offer a next working day delivery service via DHL anywhere within the mainland UK at £4.95. ‘Next Day’ definition is the couriers ‘next working day’ not ours! Our couriers My Hermes & DHL work and collect from us Monday to Friday this excludes national bank holidays.

Also for speed of exchange / refund please include the original shipping document with a short note highlighting the reason of the return.
Returned items without enclosed documentation will be delayed in processing and will slow down the service we offer to you.
