1st £5 Next Day Standard - For this service have a read below to find out exactly when your package will be delivered.
Monday before 3pm - Delivery = Tuesday
Monday after 3pm - Delivery = Wednesday
Tuesday before 3pm - Delivery = Wednesday
Tuesday after 3pm - Delivery = Thursday
Wednesday before 3pm - Delivery = Thursday
Wednesday after 3pm - Delivery = Friday
Thursday before 3pm - Delivery = Friday
Thursday after 3pm - Delivery = Monday
Friday before 3pm - Delivery = Monday
Friday after 3pm - Delivery = Tuesday
Saturday - Delivery = Tuesday
Sunday - Delivery = Tuesday
2nd £15 Next Day before 12pm.
If you choose to select the Next Day before 12pm option, the same as above will apply to your order on a day basis, the only difference will be item delivered before 12pm.

Returns
When returning an item please follow the instructions on the Invoice/Receipt which you will have received with you're order.

Refunds
When being refunded you will only be refunded the amount of the product purchased. You will not be refunded the initial delivery cost.
