We use UPS and a special delivery service from the Royal Mail. We use these because we believe that they offer the best service. We aim to deliver all mail next day on orders placed before 3pm and excluding Fridays and Saturdays.

Our UK delivery tarrif falls into 2 easy categories.
1 - Large items £5

2 - Small items £2.50

RETURNS

When returning an item for what ever reason please fill out the back of your pack slip and enclose this in the returning package within 7 days of reciept. Please note - All returned items must be in the same condition as they were originaly sent to you, ie brand tickets and labels attched. Unwrapped DVD's and custom built completes cannot be returned under any circumstance. Sale items are non returnable.

*Exchange - If you recieve your order and for what ever reason dont want it, you may wish to exchange it, this is not a problem! Just give us a call.

*Refunds - When being refunded you will only be refunded the amount of the product purchased. You will not be refunded the initial delivery cost of eigther £2.50 or £5.
