Raised on a healthy diet of 50s cartoons, Roald Dahl, Charles Bukowski, Metallica and acorns, Dist developed a love for illustrating the strange world which began to grown in his brain at a young age. Fueled by E-numbers he began scribbling on pieces of paper, bits of wood and maths text books, copying characters form his favourite comic books and making them become friends with his own colourful creations, creating comic/zines and other little personal projects to give to his friends. Dist has exhibited his work wide and far, producing work for large companies such as Nike, MTV, Virgin and Orange. Dist also art directs his own skateboard company called The Harmony. When we asked if he would like to produce a design for us he simply said leave it to me. A couple of days later and viola! We can all obviously understand the slogan but as for the flute playing skateboarder?
