We accept card payments and payments made on the secure gateway of Paypal. All Terms and conditions stay the same regardless of payment type. Once a payment has be received you will receive a confirmation e-mail, this e-mail is only an acknowledgment and not acceptance of your order.
Upon receiving payment we will carry out a through security check to ensure the payment is not fraudulent and you have sufficient funds, failure to pass these checks will result in goods being delayed or possibly cancelled.
Please note, under no circumstances we will authorise a transaction where the IP location of the order doesn't match the cards home country address. If you wish to make this kind of transaction please get in contact.
From time to time a purchase may be made where we do not have the stock/item, in this unlikely event you will be contacted. We will offer you either a full refund or an alternative to swap the item. You may be contacted by either phone or e-mail. If you dont respond within 3 days we will automatically refund you via the initial payment method.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability, dispatch times may also vary due to problems out of our hands such as postal delays, force majeure or weather. All UK orders placed before 3pm will be sent out Next Day unless you opted to pay the Next Day before 12 which will be delivered the following day before 12pm. Any order placed after 2pm will be delivered the following day on a Next Day service .You will receive an alert email which will contain all the relevant tracking information. All international orders will not receive automatic e-mails containing tracking numbers, but feel free to get in contact for tracking information relating to your order.
Please note that all orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be with you the next Monday. All orders place after 2pm Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday will be with you the following Tuesday.
We operate a '3 attempts' delivery policy. If you are not in on the 3rd delivery attempt the package will be sent back to us where we will contact you to discuss re-delivery.
Once a delivery has been signed for by anyone within the specified delivery address as laid out by the purchaser Bored LTD's agreement has been fulfilled and as such the company accepts no responsibility for loss and or damage within the purchasers specified address.
In the case of a customer selecting the in correct delivery price option, we will contact you via phone or e-mail to rectify payment. If you do not get back to us within 7 days you will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.

ReturnsAny goods believed to be faulty must be returned to us within 5 days of your receipt, under no circumstances will we accept returns after this time.
We will accept returns of unwanted goods providing that we are contacted within 5 working days of the date your goods are received - before you return any goods to us please contact us by telephone (02392 426 388). Any attempts to return goods after 5 day from the date you received them will not be accepted.
All returned goods will reach us in a sound, re-sellable condition, we will not accept faulty or damaged goods.
When we agree to accept a return, you will be refunded the full amount of the item purchased minus original freight cost. All returns to the store will be made at the customers expense, Bored LTD will only offer to refund postage when shipped goods have proven to be damaged.
Unwrapped DVD's and custom completes cannot be returned under any circumstance.
All details given to us will be treated with the strictest confidence all information held is kept in a secure server and is not released to any 'third parties' whatsoever, we fully comply with the Data Protection Act.
