\nAll couriers in the UK (Royal Mail and DPD) do not operate on bank holidays, therefore adding an extra day onto your ordered service.
\nFor orders placed online we do provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons this service is discretionary, we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details before shipping to a different address; this also applies to telephone orders.
If the package has already left the business via DPD we can re-direct it to another address however charges for this service will be applied.
We ship goods via DPD into Europe and DPD internationally, on occasion goods maybe shipped via Royal Mail’s international tracked and signed for service

Ltd is happy to offer a 20% (UK VAT / TAX) reduction on all displayed goods to non-European union customers, 20% Tax is already deducted from your purchase once you have put all your delivery information in on the checkout page and when you have selected your shipping method. \r\nDispatch times may vary according to availability, dispatch times may also vary due to problems out of our hands such as postal delays, force majeure or weather. All UK orders placed before 3pm will be sent out Next Day unless you opted to pay the Next Day before 12 which will be delivered the following day before 12pm. Any order placed after 2pm will be delivered the following day on a Next Day service. Please note that all orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be with you the next Monday. All orders place after 2pm Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday will be with you the following Tuesday.
\r\nYou will receive an alert email which will contain all the relevant tracking information. All international orders will not receive automatic e-mails containing tracking numbers, but feel free to get in contact for tracking information relating to your order.
\r\nWe operate a '3 attempts' delivery policy. If you are not in on the 3rd delivery attempt the package will be sent back to us where we will contact you to discuss re-delivery. Once a delivery has been signed for by anyone within the specified delivery address as laid out by the purchaser Bored LTD's agreement has been fulfilled and as such the company accepts no responsibility for loss and or damage within the purchasers specified address. In the case of a customer selecting the in correct delivery price option, we will contact you via phone or e-mail to rectify payment. If you do not get back to us within 7 days you will be refunded and the order will be cancelled. \r\n\r\nAny goods believed to be faulty must be returned to us within 5 days of your receipt, under no circumstances will we accept returns after this time.
\r\nWe will accept returns of unwanted goods providing they are all returned in a sound, re-sellable condition within the 30 days of the receipt, if worn, washed or used your refund / exchange will not be accepted.
\r\nWhen we agree to accept a return, you will be refunded the full amount of the item purchased minus original freight cost. All returns to the store will be made at the customers expense, Bored LTD will only offer to refund postage when shipped goods have proven to be damaged.
