Payment

All goods displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT

All transactions are made in pounds sterling.

Prices can be subject to alteration without prior notice.

In the event of us selling out on an item we will be in touch to offer an alternative, if we don't have anything else for you here a full refund will be given to you.

Shipping

Free to all inland UK customers including Jersey and Guernsey.We do not ship to the following postcodes PO1, 2, 3, 4 & PO5. If you do live in any of these 'PO' address and cannot make it to the store contact us and we'll arrange a postage fee with you.

Inland next day shipping will incur an additional fee .

We ship to mainland Europe, the Americas, Greenland, Oceania and Australia only. Any orders shipped outside of the UK will incur an additional fee depending on the item(s) volume and weight - please email or us (0044) 2392 426388 at the store for exact freight costs.

We will not release any goods until freight costs are settled in full.

Returns

Any goods believed to be faulty must be returned to us within 21 days of your reciept, under no circumstances will we accept returns after this time.

We will accept returns of unwanted goods providing that we are contacted within two working days of the date your goods are recieved - before you return any goods to us please contact us by telephone (02392 426388). Any attempts to return goods after two days from the date you recieved them will not be accepted.

All returned goods will reach us in a sound, re-sellable condition, we will not accept faulty or damaged goods.

When we agree to accept any unwanted returns you will be refunded the full amount of the item purchased, however the original freight cost to you will still be charged at the specific shipping price.

All returns to the store will be made at the customers expence, we will only offer to refund postage when shipped goods have proven to have been damaged in transit.

Unwrapped DVD's and custom completes cannot be returned under any circumstance.

All details given to us will be treated with the strictest confidence all information held is kept in a secure server and is not released to any 'third parties' whatsoever, we fully comply with the Data Protection Act.
