Goods shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are shipped via Royal Mail tracked and signed for service

National Holidays

All couriers in the UK (Royal Mail and DPD) do not operate on bank holidays, therefore adding an extra day(s) onto your ordered service.

Delivery address adjustments

For orders placed online we do provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons this service is discretionary, we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details before shipping to a different address; this also applies to telephone orders.

If the package has already left the business via DPD we can re-direct it to another address however charges for this service will be applied.

Timescale on delivery

This is a rough breakdown of shipping times, if you live in a rural area you may find your package takes a day longer to get to you and in some cases it may take less.

Customs and import charges outside the European Union

Once the package reaches it’s destination country duties may well be needed to be paid, these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package

Sadly due to our terms of agreement with Nike ( EMEA ) we cannot ship Nike Goods outside of Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Returning goods

UK Mainland customers

*IMPORTANT*

When posting your return back to us make sure you ask for a 'proof of postage receipt' at the post office counter. This way you can track your return if it gets lost and you have proof of posting the item. We are NOT liable for any loss of returned items, nor can we issue refunds if you can not prove that you have posted the item back to us.

Returning items without enclosed returns documents will be delayed in processing and will slow down the service we offer to you.

Please note:

All goods must be returned to us in a sound re-sellable condition, if you are unsure please read the points below

• All items must be unused.
• Clothing must be clean and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shoes must not be worn outside, once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are clearly faulty.
• All shoes should be returned in their original packing, i.e: original box, with spare laces if originally supplied.
• All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition.
• Once a complete skate board has been assembled, neither the deck nor its parts can be returned or exchanged.
• All deck returns are dealt with by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s discretion.
• All DVD's must be unopened with plastic cellophane wrap still attached
• All refunds will cover the ticket costs of the goods you returned to us, postage from us to you, wherever you are in the world will not be refunded.
