Created through the lens of Paris-based filmmaker Joaquim Bayle, "PRECIOUS" continues the evolution from Carhartt WIP's previous video project, "INSIDE OUT," which debuted back in 2022. This beautifully shot short film, running around 15 minutes, focuses on skateboarding in the United States, immersing the Carhartt WIP skate team in the expansive suburbs of Los Angeles and the dynamic, unyielding streets of New York.

Named "PRECIOUS" in homage to the intricate and demanding process of capturing skateboarding on film. Moments of serene contemplation are punctuated by the rhythmic symphony of wheels rolling on concrete. Amidst the soundscape, hushed conversations interweave with a soundtrack blending sludge metal and synth-wave. "PRECIOUS" becomes a quest for new forms, a collage that melds elements of sound, imagery, photography, and action.
