i-D Magazine has made a documentary about how Adidas Skateboarding pro Tyshawn Jones became Thrasher Magazine's Skater of the Year, and traced his journey from a young New York skate rat to one of the biggest names in skateboarding with his own signature shoe on Adidas, a pro board with Fucking Awesome and an ambassador for Supreme. There's interviews with the likes of Tony Hawk, Mark Gonzales, Andrew Reynolds, Eric Koston, Chad Muska, Bill Strobeck and Jason Dill amongst others. 

The documentary also covers his relationship with Adidas Skateboarding and speaks to ex-Chocolate pro and now Adi footwear designer Scott Johnson about working together, and explains the kind of special person it takes to get your own professional shoe on Adidas. And this is also reflected in his opening a Caribbean restaurant 'Taste So Good' with his family in the Bronx, in addition to starting Hardies Hardware with his homies.
