Nike SB have recognised the talent, years of dedication and hard work that Shane O'Neill has given to skateboarding by finally giving him a signature shoe - The Shane. The Australian skateboard maestro has been riding for Nike SB for over fifteen years now and has always been one of their most technically gifted riders, this is reflected in his success in the biggest competitions like Street League. But still managing to cross-over and remain popular with core skateboarders at the same time, and this in no small part to his devastating ability and drive to keep innovating on a skateboard.

'The Shane' shoe itself is a stylishly minimal shoe with a very classic aesthetic, from the low key perforated ventilation at the toe to the double lace option minimal outlined Swoosh. It sticks with his preferred vulcanised construction with three defined panels, a flexible nubuck toe-piece, a classic canvas midfoot and then suede overlays on the lateral and medial sides. These panels are double stitched for added re-enforcement and finished with decorative perforations, and the shoe is then signed off on the tongue, insole and midsole heel badge with Shane's sun logo.
