The London premiere of "Away Days", the first full length video from Adidas Skateboarding, and Chewy Cannon interview
On Tuesday night London was treated to the UK premiere of "Away Days", the first full length video from Adidas Skateboarding, and as you can imagine the whole of British skateboarding turned up to check it out. This was their third stop after L.A and New York, and with nearly all riders in attendance and among them some of the biggest names in skateboarding it's very clear what a big deal this is. The day kicked off with the full team doing a shop signing and interviews at the Adidas store, after that wound down everyone spilled out on to the back street for a few well earned drinks while Na-kel, Tyshawn and Jake Donnelly entertained the onlookers with some flatground fun. Next stop after that was a quick visit to South Bank for little roll before heading round the corner to the venue. Bankside Vaults was packed full with industry heads and skaters all wanting to see this epic that's been three years in the making and of course it did not disappoint, all killer from start to finish so if you can't get to one of the regional premieres be sure to watch it as soon as you can. We had a chat with Adidas rider Chewy Cannon about his experiences on the road whilst filming for his part in Away Days, premieres, foreign food, new team mates and what's next for him. Watch the full interview below.
