The second New Balance signature silhouette for Tiago Lemos is the NM 808, and far from replacing the beloved 1010, the new 808 shoe is being offered in addition to it. His first shoe took queues from late nineties court shoes, but this time round there's a definite mid-nineties tech skate shoe look to it. The upper is constructed from a combination of leather and mesh with suede overlays. The exaggerated "N" logo on the side panel works well with the 90's skate shoe look, which all sits on a full-length ABZORB midsole and N-Durance outsole. Other features include TPU-coated lace ghillies, a re-designed heel pod for improved hold, and additional internal ghillies for a secondary lacing option for those who prefer hidden lacing.
