Take a glimpse at the first drop from Carhartt WIP for the new season in our new lookbook

Our first delivery from Carhartt for Fall/Winter 2018 has arrived, and is available in-store and online at Bored now. In this first drop the kings of contemporary workwear apparel have delivered a strong line of timeless staples, coming in a wide range of vibrant colours and earth tones.

This includes the brands signature colour of Hamilton Brown which has been synonymous with the company since 1928 after they started making their legendary Chore Coat in that colour. But the real standout in their palette is the super bright and fresh Quince yellow which will add plenty of pop and sunshine to anything you're wearing, even once the sun has long gone.

These high quality no nonsense basics all feature minimal branding, signed off with a small embroidered Carhartt "C" logo in Gold thread. The Chase Sweatshirt, L/S Chase T-Shirt, Hooded Chase Sweat and the half zip Chase Highneck Sweatshirt have all been constants in the collection for years, but there's definitely been a swing towards simpler designs after things going crazy for huge logos and all-over prints for a little while.

So this wide choice of colours in plain heavyweight sweats, tee's and longsleeves comes as a breath of fresh air for anyone in the market for hard wearing everyday classics with subtle detailing, clean lines but carrying less branding. Add to that Carhartt's mix of functionality and high quality fabrics and you get a fresh take on their workwear heritage. 

This drop also see's a new range of their ever popular graphic tee's, like the Carhartt Globe T-Shirt in Wax  and Carhartt Backdrop T-Shirt in Persimmon which both come with a left breast and back print. Other strong designs include the State Sports T-Shirt in Navy and Emblem T-Shirt in Black. 

As always with these guys there is also new headwear and accessories for the season, and we're keeping it clean and simple with the Madison Logo Cap in Corse/Black and also Mulberry/Black. And also a healthy selection of the essential Carhartt Watch Hat in a variety of seasonal colours to choose from.
