Our good friends over at the Undercover Skatepark Project have had a big couple of weeks, so we thought it would be a good time to update people with how the USP is getting on. Firstly a huge congratulations to the team and all the people who donated for hitting the incredible 30K mark on the Crowdfunder, with a some extra help from the fantasic Sport England. There is now a stretch target of 50K for anyone that would still like to make a donation, so click the link above as there is still time to help the cause.  

There has been plenty going on at the skateparks location in Pitt Street over the last couple of weeks with the construction of a concrete bank, some blocks and an assortment of small ramps and rails have gone in to the street area. All of these new obstacles will be ready to skate at this weeks USP Winter Warmer, which will be running from Monday 20th - Friday 24th December. A rink for Roller Discos is in place and an indoor Christmas Market with food and drink will also be open to all for the week.

Entry is to the USP Winter Warmer is FREE everyday, and £5 to Skate or Roller Disco.
